God is good; and God is love;
And God is with you now.
God will help you all your life;
He will show you how
To live your day with your
Hand in His,
No matter what comes along.
He is your strength, and
He is your joy;
And you are His special
Girl and boy,
He loves you all day long.
Look up the sky
And you’ll find Him there.
Or look in the mirror
And see your own face
And know that He lives in you.
There’s a lot you will learn
As you go along.
As you say your prayer
And sing your song;
As time goes by;
You’ll be telling me too!
More than I’m able
To share with you.
I may not have told you
All about God
He’s an endless discovery
But as you find out more about Him
I want you to come and tell me!
